Not without considerable effort or app design, I think. I am not sure the prompts are even stored locally, though I suspect they are-- there are additional files downloaded for each release that I can't identify. Personally, I find the story super cheesy and am really just interested in the scenes.

I'm not especially interested in the other scenes myself. But you can use Playa app, DL what you want, then check userdata folder for files. As mentioned in my OP.
