Attempted to convert with Handbrake on Mac, it dumps the first part and movie starts at the same point. Same for using Handbrake on Win.
Hoping OP might check and reup complete copy.
EDIT: I deleted, downloaded again, same issues

I downloaded the 720P version again, same issue. I downloaded the 1080P torrent and it works fine.
